In the controversial Life Mission Project, it has been found that the government has mishandled the files of the project. The investigation team suspects that important documents and notices related to the UAE Red Crescent have been removed from the files.
It is also suspected that important notes from the files returned to the Local Government Department by the Chief Minister have been removed. The Enforcement Directorate has stated that if the report sought from the Chief Secretary is delayed, further action will be taken.
On August 20, the Chief Minister called back the files related to Wadakkancherry Life Mission project. This action of CM came amid allegations that the agreement was prepared unilaterally.
