The movement of international flights in the country is resuming from midnight tonight. Regular international flights will start operating after a gap of about two years. The Ministry of Civil Aviation had stopped regular international flights in March 2020 due to the COVID pandemic. The Delhi Disaster Management Authority has banned Christmas and New Year celebrations in the national capital in view of rising cases of the new COVID variant Omicron.
