The Kerala High Court has dismissed a petition by the Kovin portal removing the photo of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the Kovid vaccine certificate. The court imposed a fine of one lakh rupees on the petitioner saying that this petition has been filed for malicious and political purposes. The decision was delivered by Single Bench Justice V Kunhikrishnan on a petition filed by a Right to Information activist claiming to have received the Kovid vaccination from a private hospital.
