In Chhattisgarh, two security personnel were martyred in a Maoist attack in Bastar district today evening.
According to officials, a team of Chhattisgarh Armed Force was on a search operation in the Mardoom area. The Maoists triggered a powerful blast of Improvised Explosive Device- IED near Narayanpur border. After the blast, they opened indiscriminate fire on the security personnel.
In this attack, two Jawans lost their lives. Additional forces have been rushed to the spot.
