India beat West Indies by 200 runs in the third match to win the three-match series 2-1

In cricket, India won the three match series by defeating West Indies by a huge margin of 200 runs in the final match of the three ODI series. Batting first in the match played at the Brian Lara Stadium in Trinidad and Tobago, India set a mammoth target of 352 runs for the West Indies to win.

But chasing the target, the entire West Indies team could score only 151 runs in 35 overs and three balls. For India, Shardul Thakur got the maximum 4 wickets, while Mukesh Kumar took three wickets, Kuldeep Yadav took two and Jaydev Unadkat took one wicket. Earlier, while batting, the Indian team scored 351 runs at the loss of 5 wickets in 50 overs. For the visiting team, Shubman Gill scored the highest 85 runs in 92 balls. Ishaan Kishan also played an excellent inning of 77 runs off 64 balls.

After winning the Test series 1-0, the Indian team defeated the West Indies by five wickets in the first ODI. In the second ODI played at the same stadium, West Indies defeated India by 6 wickets. The 5-match Twenty20 series between the two countries will begin with the first match to be played next Thursday.
