“Phase 2. India – Philippines. I hope you are ready to be with your families. I have lined up the flight from Manila to Delhi on 14 Aug at 7:10 pm SG9286,” Sonu Sod wrote in his tweet. “Can’t wait you to board and get you home. Have sent you the links (sic),” he added.
This will be the second flight arranged by Sonu Sood to bring back Indian nationals from Philippines.
In another tweet, he also announced that he has arranged a flight for Indians stranded in Kazakhstan. “Kazakhstan to India is happening. Let’s get you home. Almaty Friends. Pack your bags. SG 9520 Almaty to Delhi, 14th August at 2.15pm is set. The wait to meet your families is finally over. @flyspicejet Start packing. Sonu Sood has been hailed a real-life hero for his incessant efforts to help people amid the novel coronavirus outbreak. The actor helped many people, who were stuck during the lockdown, return to their respective states. Recently, he also launched a special app Pravasi Rojgar for migrants to find job opportunities amid the pandemic.
