The ASI team has started the survey in Gyanvapi campus in Varanasi. The media reporter told that the survey has started from 7 in the morning, which will continue till 12 noon. There is no Muslim side during Gyanvapi Varanasi survey.

Last time also the Muslim side had boycotted the survey. The administration had allowed 16 people from both the Hindu and Muslim sides to enter the mosque. The list of people going inside includes Rekha Pathak, Sohan Lal Arya, Sudhir Tripathi from the Hindu side.

During the last hearing, the High Court had asked the ASI not to start the survey of the mosque till the hearing is over. In the last week of July, arguments were held in the court for two consecutive days from both the sides. The court had reserved its verdict on July 27 after hearing both the sides.
