BJP will form government with majority in Chhatishgarh: Raman Singh

Senior BJP leader Raman Singh said that the Bharatiya Janata Party government will be formed in the state. Senior BJP leader and former CM Raman Singh said that his party will get 52-55 seats and will form the government with a clear majority. Counting of votes will take place on December 3 and everything will be clear. Most of the exit polls have shown Congress getting lead in Chhattisgarh.

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said that his party is on the way to achieving ‘overwhelming majority’. He said that while most surveys are predicting the number of Congress seats to be 57, the number will go down to 75 by the time the results are declared on counting day on December 3. Let us tell you that the majority figure in the 90-member assembly of the state is 46.

According to the exit poll of Axis My India, Bharatiya Janata Party may get 36-46 seats in Chhattisgarh. That means if BJP reaches its highest number then BJP government can be formed once again in the state. On the other hand, the ruling Congress is expected to get 40-50 seats. Congress may get majority in the state, but if the party gets reduced to less than 45 seats then there are chances of a hung assembly in the state. According to the exit poll of Axis My India, 1-5 seats are seen going to others in the state.
