He said that the registration process for putting money in the accounts of women will start from March 8. Manoj Tiwari informed on Sunday that the Delhi government will start the registration process from March 8 to give Rs 2,500 per month to women of economically weaker sections.
Poor women will benefit from this scheme. Manoj Tiwari said that this step has been taken to empower the economic condition of women, and this will benefit millions of poor women. He hoped that within a month money will start getting transferred to the accounts of the selected women.
The BJP MP said that the general public will benefit from the extended session of the Assembly. He appealed to the opposition for cooperation so that the scheme can be implemented properly. He also said that the CAG report will be presented to the public in a phased manner so that every aspect can be explained with complete transparency.
It is noteworthy that before the Delhi Assembly elections, the BJP had announced to provide assistance of Rs 2,500 every month to poor women.
