The Indian team will need the best of its bowlers when they take on Sri Lanka in the ‘Super Four’ match of the Asia Cup ‘Do or Die’ on Tuesday. India played with five bowling options against Pakistan on Sunday and the decision did not go in favor of the team as Bhuvneshwar Kumar did not have a good day.
Hardik Pandya, who played a key role in winning the opening match against Pakistan, proved to be costly and so did Yuzvendra Chahal who is not looking in his best form in the tournament.
Avesh Khan, who was unwell ahead of the match against Pakistan, may return to the team as the third specialist fast bowler. In the match against Sri Lanka, Kohli and both the openers would have been expected to bat swiftly from the very first ball.
After registering two close victories against Bangladesh and Afghanistan, Sri Lanka got their campaign back on track despite a crushing defeat in the opening match.
