Actor and filmmaker Satish Kaushik passed away due to a heart attack in the early hours of Thursday. His close friend and actor Anupam Kher gave this information. Kaushik died in Delhi in the early hours of Thursday due to a heart attack. He was 66 years old.
His close friend and actor Anupam Kher said, “He was at a friend’s house in Delhi. After suddenly feeling unwell, Kaushik asked the driver to take him to the hospital. He suffered a heart attack on the way (on his way to the hospital) at around 1 am.
Kher said on Twitter
“I know death is the ultimate truth, but I never dreamed that I would have to write like this about my best friend Satish Kaushik. A sudden full stop on a friendship of forty five years. Life will never be the same without you, Satish. om Shanti.”
Actor-director Soni Razdan says he cannot believe that his “Mandi” co-star Kaushik has passed away. He said, “Shocked, heartbroken… Satish Kaushik is no more. Many of us met him for the first time during the shooting of ‘Mandi’. He was a cheerful and happy person. It is very difficult to believe that he is no more. God rest your soul Satish. You will be greatly missed.”
