Five Indian schools have been included in the top 10 list of ‘World’s Best Schools’ awards being given for the first time in Britain, released on Thursday. These awards of 2.5 million dollars have been announced in Britain for the contribution made in the field of progress of society.
SKVM’s CNM School, Mumbai and SDMC Primary School, Lajpat Nagar-3, New Delhi have been selected for the top 10 list of ‘World’s Best School Prize for Innovation’ category.
Apart from this, Khoj School in Mumbai and PCMC English Medium School located in Bopkhel, Pune have been included in the list of top 10 in ‘Community Collaboration’ category.
Howrah’s Samaritan Mission School (High) has been featured in the list of Best Schools in the World in the category of ‘Overcoming Adversity’.
Vikas Pota, founder of T4 Education and the ‘World’s Best School’ award, said, “The closure of schools and universities due to Kovid has affected more than 1.5 billion students.
