Cow protector Monu Manesar was arrested by Haryana Police on Tuesday in connection with the murder of two people from Rajasthan and inciting violence in Nuh, Haryana in July. Monu Manesar was presented in the court. From where his custody was handed over to Rajasthan Police. Policemen armed with modern weapons took the Bajrang Dal worker to Nuh District Court in a convoy of about half a dozen vehicles.
Rajasthan Police told the court that Manesar is the main accused in the murder of two Muslim youths from the state, whose bodies were found in a car in Haryana in February. Nasir and Junaid, residents of Bharatpur, Rajasthan, were allegedly abducted by cow vigilantes on February 15. The next day their bodies were found in a car. Rajasthan Police demanded the custody of the cow protector, which was accepted by the court. Monu Manesar was caught by Haryana Police from Gurugram.
