Batting first, South Africa scored 278 for seven at the JSCA Stadium in Ranchi last night. Aidan Markram contributed 79 and Reeza Hendrix contributed 74 runs.
India achieved the target of victory in 45 overs and five balls for the loss of three wickets. Shreyas Iyer scored 113 and Ishan Kishan scored 93 runs. Shreyas was declared player of the match.
