Muslim leaders should desist from instigating in the name of Uniform Civil Code: VHP

Central Joint General Secretary of Vishwa Hindu Parishad Dr. Surendra Jain said today that the Constitution of India and the judiciary repeatedly say that the Common Civil Code should be implemented. The present government established the Law Commission. The Law Commission sent an invitation to know the opinion of the whole country. This is a welcome step. There can be no bigger democratic system than this.

Dr. Jain said that anyone who is against can file a complaint. Those who have suggestions can give. Those who agree can give their consent. But the way some Muslim leaders and Mullah-Maulvis have used this opportunity to instigate the Muslim community, it is very unfortunate. They say it is an attack on our Shariat. The Shariat in India was given by the British in 1937.
Dr. Surendra Jain has asked whether the Shariat of India is the same as the Shariat of Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran? If it was of Allah then there would have been same Shariat in the whole world. He asked the Muslim leaders to stop provoking the Muslim community in the name of Shariat.

He has asked the Muslims who are protesting against the Uniform Civil Code, don’t you want your daughters to be free from the sting of triple talaq and they should not have to bear the pain of reference? Arab sheikhs come to India for Mutah Nikah, sexually exploit 12-13 year old girls by keeping them as prostitutes and then leave them. Those girls should be freed from this disgusting tradition so that they can move forward shoulder to shoulder with the society.

He said that now you have crossed all limits. Issuing QR code, so that everyone speaks and writes alike. Tomorrow is the day of Jumma, Yome Namaz has been announced so that the Muslim community of the whole country comes out on the streets, offers Namaz and opposes the Common Civil Code.

Dr. Surendra Jain has asked those who are distributing QR codes, can they assure that no madman will go on the streets and commit violence in the country?
