Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has appealed to the farmers’ organizations to end their agitation. He has said that there is no justification to continue the agitation after the announcement of repeal of three agriculture laws by the central government.
Tomar said that farmers should respect Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s announcement of withdrawal of agricultural laws and return to their homes.
He said that the bill to repeal all the three agriculture laws will be introduced in the House on the very first day of the winter session of Parliament starting from 29th of this month.
The Agriculture Minister also said that the Prime Minister has also announced the formation of a committee to deliberate on the issues of crop diversification, zero budget, farming and MSP to make the system more transparent and effective.
