According to the information given by National Investigation Agency, this time Pak is trying to lure the student fraternity to attract. As part of strategic game plan to radicalise the youth and make them lean towards separatism, Pak has begun offering scholarships for MBBS and engineering courses to Kashmiri youth.
The NIA has reported that the three-way nexus of militants, the Hurriyat and Pakistan establishment are sponsoring the students of Kashmir in order to train a generation of physicians and technocrats who will lean towards Pakistan.
