Proba-3 mission launch: Time changed due to technical glitch

The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) recently decided to change the launch time of its space mission Proba-3. The reason for this is the technical fault in the satellite. Now this launch has been scheduled at 4:12 pm today from Satish Dhawan Space Center in Sriharikota through PSLV C-59 rocket. Earlier this mission was scheduled to be launched tomorrow, i.e. on October 17, at 4:08 pm, but due to technical problems, the change in time was necessary.
