The World Health Organization has recommended additional doses of all authorized COVID-19 vaccines to people with weakened immunity. The organization’s advisory group of immunotherapy experts has said that people with weakened immunity may be advised to take additional doses because they may be less effective than previously given vaccines.
Such people are at high risk of covid infection. The advisory group has said that people over 60 years of age who have taken China’s Sinovac and Sinoform vaccines should be given additional doses of Kovid-19. Experts have also clarified that they are not recommending additional so-called booster doses to the general public.
