Two Congress workers identified as Shyam Sudheen and Sona Dhanvani got into a scuffle and started thrashing each other even when the condolence meet for the soldiers was on.
The two started arguing over who would click photos of the event and soon it heated up with the two Congress workers coming to blows even as the crowd gathered at the venue watched and filmed them.
Local Congress leader Vijay Jain said although the two of them are not members of the party, it is still shameful of them to engage in an ugly brawl during a condolence meet. The party has ordered disciplinary action against the two men.
Congress has continued with its attacks on the Modi government over the ongoing border dispute with China in Ladakh.
After the deaths of 20 Indian soldiers in the Galwan Valley, Congress leaders, including Rahul Gandhi, Manmohan Singh and others, have repeatedly questioned the government and said India has given up land to China.
