Under the nationwide COVID vaccination campaign, more than 96 crore 43 lakh anti-COVID vaccines have been administered across the country so far. The Union Health Ministry said that more than 50 lakh 63 thousand vaccines were administered yesterday. The ministry said that 15 thousand 823 new patients were detected across the country. Two lakh seven thousand 653 people are being treated in the country. The number of patients is zero decimal six-one percent of the total infected cases.
Yesterday, 22 thousand 844 patients became healthy, including this, so far a total of three crore 33 lakh 42 thousand 901 patients have become healthy. The Health Ministry said that the recovery rate in the country has gone up to 98 decimal zero-six percent. The weekly infection rate is one decimal four-six percent while the daily infection rate is one-decimal one-nine percent.
So far, more than 58 crore 63 lakh Kovid samples have been tested in the country. During the last 24 hours, more than 13 lakh 25 lakh samples were tested.
