The doors of Kedarnath Dham in Uttarakhand were opened this morning. The doors of Badrinath Dham will be opened on Sunday. The Chardham Yatra started with the opening of the doors of Gangotri and Yamunotri temples on the occasion of Akshaya Tritiya on the 3rd of this month. For the first time after 2019, this pilgrimage has started without Corona related restrictions.
During this, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami was mainly present. During the opening of the doors, about 10 thousand devotees were present in Kedarnath Dham.
A day before the commencement of the Kedarnath pilgrimage, there is a huge crowd of devotees at the main halting places of the Dham. Since this morning, a large number of people have reached Kedarnath Dham to have darshan of Baba.
