Women protest in the capital Kabul over the closure of girls’ schools in Afghanistan

Women in Afghanistan today protested on the streets of Kabul against the closure of girls’ schools. He condemned the international community for showing inaction on the issue. A news agency has reported that women gathered outside the United Nations Assistance Mission.

She accused the international community, human rights organizations and the United Nations of not taking any action on the Taliban’s attitude towards Afghan women. He said that this silence of the United Nations is shameful.

The protesting women were demanding restoration of rights to education and work for girls. Millions of teenage girls in the Taliban are waiting for school to open.
