In Rohini, Delhi, there was a sudden loud explosion outside the CRPF school this Sunday morning. Teams from the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) have arrived at the scene for investigation and rescue operations. However, there are no reports of any casualties from the incident.
According to the Delhi police, there is currently no concrete statement regarding the causes of the explosion near the school. Delhi police spokesperson Sanjay Tyagi stated, “We received information about a loud explosion from Prasthan Vihar this morning. A police team immediately reached the spot, where they detected an unpleasant odor and found broken glass from windows within the school premises. The forensic department, crime team, and specialists from the special cell are investigating the matter along with senior officials.”
There are no reported injuries from the incident, but the windows of nearby shops were found broken, and a parked car was damaged. The police have cordoned off the area. In an official statement, the Delhi police said, “At 07:47 AM today, a PCR call was received reporting a loud explosion near the CRPF school.”
