The deities of Hindus are being targeted all over the world. Defense Ministry of Ukraine has insulted Maa Kali, the deity of Hindus. The Ministry of Defense shared a photo on its Twitter. In this, the puff of smoke is shown as the skirt of Maa Kali. After protests on social media, the Ministry of Defense deleted the tweet.
Actually, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry shared two photos on Twitter. A plume of smoke is visible in one of these photos. Whereas, in the second photo Maa Kali is visible amidst the clouds of smoke. The puff of smoke is shown as the skirt of Maa Kali. In the photo, his tongue is out and there is a garland of skulls around his neck. Maa Kali’s hair is also seen flying strangely. This photo was shared by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine with the caption ‘Work of Art’.
Social media users are demanding an apology from Ukraine for this act after this tweet insulting Maa Kali surfaced. However, after continuous protests, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine deleted this tweet.
